Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Quecade handles information when you use the Quecade mobile game, this website, and related support channels. Quecade is designed to use minimal data and does not require player accounts to access core gameplay.
Data We Collect
Quecade may process the following categories of data depending on how you use the app:
- Gameplay and preference data stored locally on your device, such as sound settings, haptic settings, selected theme, best score, top tile, hint usage, and other in-game statistics.
- Basic device and app information made available through third-party SDKs used for advertising, diagnostics, or app functionality.
- Information you choose to send when contacting support, such as your email address and the content of your message.
Quecade does not currently require account registration, direct profile creation, or player-to-player communication.
How We Use Data
We use information only as needed to operate and improve the game and support experience, including to:
- save your local preferences and game progress indicators on your device,
- deliver gameplay features such as settings, palettes, stats, and rewarded hints,
- serve and measure advertisements,
- diagnose technical issues if diagnostic services are enabled, and
- respond to support or privacy-related requests.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
Quecade uses Google AdMob to serve rewarded and interstitial ads. AdMob may process device identifiers, app interaction events, approximate location derived from IP address, and related advertising data in accordance with Google's own privacy terms and policies.
If you interact with an advertisement, the ad provider may collect and process information needed to deliver, limit, measure, or improve ad performance.
If additional analytics, diagnostics, or third-party services are added in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes.
Data Retention
Local gameplay settings and statistics remain on your device until you remove the app or reset data using the in-app controls. Information sent through support channels may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, resolve issues, and maintain records of those communications.
Children's Privacy
Quecade is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review the request and take appropriate action.
Your Choices and Rights
You can:
- reset local game data through the app's settings,
- adjust your device-level advertising and privacy controls, and
- contact us to ask privacy-related questions or request deletion of information you have directly provided through support communication.
Depending on your location, you may have additional legal rights regarding access, deletion, correction, or restriction of certain personal information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Material changes should be reflected in the app and store listings where appropriate.
